Landlords with at least four or more properties under management are provided the same services as Full Service Management but at discounted pricing.

Tenant Only Placement Program

This program is designed for the landlord in need of professional marketing, applicant screening and lease execution but would like to self-manage.

Services Include:

• Collection of first month's rent and transfer security deposit
• Move-In Inspection
• Coordinate move-in appointment
