There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $55.00 application fee for each Resident. This fee must be in the form of money order or cashiers check only. The fee will cover the handling of your application and the cost of your credit report.
Every adult (age 18 yr. and older) must personally fill out and sign an application if they are going to be a resident of the property. A photocopy of a valid government issued identification card is required for each applicant.
All income must be lawful and verifiable. For acceptable forms of verification refer to the Rental Application Form.
These are the minimum requirements. Each application is reviewed as a whole.

Your processing fee pays for the following costs incurred by Liberty Property Management:
To hold a property (for a maximum of seven days) an approved application must be on file with our office and a non-refundable Consideration Fee is required in the form of a cashiers check or money order.
There is an additional deposit of $500.00 for each pet, depending on the unit's pet allowance. Please note that all pets are OUTSIDE PETS ONLY. For unacceptable breeds refer to the Rental Application Form.
