Paula Zagaris Leffler received her BA in Economics from University of California, Berkeley, and her MBA from California State University, Stanislaus. She is a Certified Property Manager® (CPM) and Licensed Real Estate Broker, and is recognized as an expert in the field of real estate management. Paula's memberships include: Institute of Real Estate Management, California Association of Realtors® (CAR), National Association of Realtors® (NAR), National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) and California Association of Community Management (CACM).

Paula has over 32 years of experience in Property Management and Financial Administrative Management with particular emphasis in custom designing management plans to achieve owners' goals and objectives. As an active member of the community Paula has been involved in numerous ventures including acting as a member on the Board of Directors for California State University, Stanislaus, a Trustee for the Memorial Hospital Foundation and earning the designation of Outstanding Business Leader by the College of Business at CSUS.

Geri has served on the Board of Directors of the NORCAL Rental Property Association and has been active with both the National Apartment Association and the California Apartment Association. Geri currently serves as a point of contact for the Northern territory of the portfolio with particular emphasis in Elk Grove and Lodi.

Donna has been a community manager since 2005. She studied office administration at Pacific Union College and has a minor in Spanish. She has over 28 years experience in customer service, general accounting and office administration.

Donna has achieved the Prestigious Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation. She works directly with the Board of Directors of the many HOA's under management and prides herself on achieving the goals and objectives of her clients.

Donna assists the HOA Boards on how to be effective and get things done at board meetings. Donna believes excellent service without excessive fees is paramount.

She works closely with the HOA owners to ensure timely payments of their monthly assessments and prepares financial reports for the HOA board members. Beverly was born and raised in Modesto. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and has worked over 40 years in the public and private sector. Her depth of knowledge and expertise keeps our HOA's in top accounting shape. She is a Notary Public which she uses to assist our HOA Board and clients. Beverly values customer service and thrives in a busy, professional, working environment. She loves to paint, play music, and support charities with her motorcycle club in her spare time.

A high school and college star athlete, Dan coached basketball for 4 years at Ripon High School. A long-term Liberty Property Management employee, Dan has served many roles and currently serves a manager of the Inspection Team Division.
