Paula Zagaris received her BA in Economics from University of California, Berkeley, and her MBA from California State University, Stanislaus. She is a Certified Property Manager and Licensed Real Estate Broker. Paula's memberships include: Institute of Real Estate Management, California Association of Realtors® (CAR), National Association of Realtors® (NAR), National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) and California Association of Community Management (CACM).

Paula has over 29 years of experience in Property Management and Financial Administrative Management with particular emphasis in custom designing management plans to achieve owners' goals and objectives. As an active member of the community Paula has been involved in numerous ventures including acting as a member on the Board of Directors for California State University, Stanislaus, a Trustee for the Memorial Hospital Foundation and earning the designation of Outstanding Business Leader by the College of Business at CSUS.

Geri has served on the Board of Directors of the NORCAL Rental Property Association and has been active with both the National Apartment Association and the California Apartment Association. Geri currently serves as a point of contact for the Northern territory of the portfolio with particular emphasis in Elk Grove and Lodi.
