Paula Zagaris, CPM, MBA
Paula Zagaris received her BA in Economics from University of California, Berkeley, and her MBA from California State University, Stanislaus. She is a Certified Property Manager and Licensed Real Estate Broker. Paula's memberships include: Institute of Real Estate Management, California Association of Realtors® (CAR), National Association of Realtors® (NAR), National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) and California Association of Community Management (CACM).
Geri has over 22 years of Real Estate experience and holds a broker’s license. Staying up to date with the ever changing Property Management laws is a passion of hers. Geri has served on the Board of Directors of the NORCAL Rental Property Association and has been active with both the National Apartment Association and the California Apartment Association. Geri currently serves as a point of contact for the Northern territory of the portfolio with particular emphasis in Elk Grove and Lodi.
Rosahura holds over 11 years of property management experience and 10 years of customer service practice. Being fluent in Spanish has enabled her to assist our Spanish speaking clientele seamlessly. Rosahura works directly with our Owners as well as our current and prospective Tenants as a Property Manager. She takes pleasure in working with her clients in the application process, securing of properties, and assisting in smooth transitions.
Mabel Labiak, P/T Admin Assistant
Mabel has worked with homeowner associations since 2007 as an administrative assistant and assistant community manager. She has many years experience in executive administration, management, and customer service, as well as associate degrees in both computer science and business information systems.
Traci has over 17 years experience in the Real Estate Market. Starting her career in Escrow, and then going into Property Management and currently in our HOA Division where she enjoys working closely with our HOA Specialist Team in providing the most accurate financial records to our HOA Board Members.
Kaila works in our Home Owner Association Department and brings with her many years of commercial and residential management experience. Committed to providing quality service she works closely with vendors and clients to ensure our commercial and residential associations thrive. Kaila is currently studying to obtain the prestigious Certified Community Association Manager Designation.
Kevin MacEgan has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis Operations Management from CSU, Sacramento, and he brings over 12 years of commercial real estate experience to Liberty Property Management. With a background in finance, construction, and corporate real estate management, Kevin has a demonstrated track record of success in every dimension of commercial real estate. Adding over 7 years as a commercial agent, he is capable of leasing, maintaining, and driving the financial performance of commercial real estate investments.
Hilary has a Bachelor's Degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing from Santa Clara University. She excelled in previous positions at the San Jose Sharks, the Santa Clara Newspaper and with Yelp as a top sales associate. She is a Certified Property Candidate (CPM) and a member of IREM and NARPM where she continues to enrich her knowledge in the best ways to assist her clients in achieving their objectives.
Lisandra studied business administration in college and has specialized in customer service for over 22 years. She enjoys assisting applicants in securing the perfect property.
Samantha studied Business Management with an emphasis in Customer Service. With over 12 years of Customer Service experience, Samantha works closely with clients as a Property Coordinator. She also facilitates the application and leasing process and enjoys helping clients in securing their rental home.
Donna Brown, CCAM
Donna has been a community manager since 2005. She studied office administration at Pacific Union College and has a minor in Spanish. She has over 25 years experience in customer service, general accounting and office administration.
Diana Wallace, CCAM
Diana is a seasoned HOA specialist with many years of experience assisting in the smooth operation of associations throughout the Central Valley. With skills including finance, inspections, vendor coordination and meeting preparation, Diana is a true professional who is thoroughly engaged in delivering the highest level of service to the Boards she serves.
Dan Moulyn was born and raised in the Central Valley. He graduated from CSU Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. A high school and college star athlete, Dan coached basketball for 4 years at Ripon High School. A long-term Liberty Property Management employee, Dan has served many roles and currently serves a manager of the Inspection Team Division.
Andrea has been with Liberty Property Management for over 16 years and has over 23 years of experience in the accounting industry, including more than 7 years specializing in property management accounting.
Alex attended a highly regarded business technical institute where he graduated at the top of his class. He is proficient in a multitude of business applications. Alex works directly with vendors to achieve the best possible customer service for our clients. His attention to detail is exhibited in his work product daily.
