We encourage everyone to park in their garages.  It is the safest place.

Please keep management informed of any security incidents by calling 209-337-0151.


Monthly Dues amount of $33.00 is due on the first of the month and late if not received by the 15th.

The account number is the owner’s lot number.
Dues must be mailed in the form of check or money order payable to: Twin Creeks Estates Owners’ Association

If you would like to sign up for automatic ACH debit of your Monthly Dues, complete and mail This Form to UnionBank.

No matter what you call it, we're having our next seasonal "Sell Your Stuff" days on

Saturday, May 19, and Sunday, May 20
from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.


Empty out your attics and closets, and join in the fun!

Our local Salvation Army chapter will be around between 2 pm and 3 pm both days to pick up any unsold and unwanted items, and will provide income tax receipts for any and all donations.
