Paula Zagaris received her MBA from California State University, Stanislaus and her BA in Economics from University of California, Berkeley. She is a Certified Property Manager, Licensed Real Estate Broker and has a Class A General Engineering and Class B General Building Contractors license. Paula's memberships include: Institute of Real Estate Management, California Association of Realtors (CAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) and California Association of Community Management (CACM).

Paula has over 25 years of experience in Property Management and Financial Administrative Management with particular emphasis in custom designing management plans to achieve owners' goals and objectives. Skills include, but are not limited to, construction, accounting, budgeting, financial analysis and marketing. As an active member of the community Paula has been involved in numerous ventures including acting as a member on the Board of Directors for California State University, Stanislaus, a Trustee for the Gallo Center for the Arts, a Trustee for the Memorial Hospital Foundation and earning the designation of Outstanding Business Leader by the College of Business at CSUS.

Noelle Matthews

Noelle has over 8 years of experience in customer relations and over 5 years of supervisory management experience including but not limited to; managing 70+ employees, human resource functions, finance, market research and administrative functions. She is a licensed real estate salesperson, member of NARPM and received a Bachelor of Arts from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
