She is a Certified Property Manager, Licensed Real Estate Broker and has a Class A General Engineering and Class B General Building Contractors license. Paula's memberships include: Institute of Real Estate Management, California Association of Realtors (CAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) and California Association of Community Management (CACM).

Paula has over 25 years of experience in Property Management and Financial Administrative Management with particular emphasis in custom designing management plans to achieve owners' goals and objectives. As an active member of the community Paula has been involved in numerous ventures including acting as a member on the Board of Directors for California State University, Stanislaus, a Trustee for the Gallo Center for the Arts, a Trustee for the Memorial Hospital Foundation and earning the designation of Outstanding Business Leader by the College of Business at CSUS.

Lionel Akpovi

With over 4 years of resident manager experience, Lionel has established himself in the fundamental role of Regional Property Manager for the Fresno and Madera Counties. As the Regional Property Manager, Lionel performs several duties including but not limited to communicating and coordinating with owners, vendors and tenants as well as coordinating advertisement of available listings through various websites.
